Rental period
This accommodation is rented for a period defined at the time of booking. Under no circumstances may a customer claim any right to remain in the accommodation at the end of this period.

Payment
Payment for your stay must be made on arrival (excluding Booking & Airbnb). The deposit paid at the time of booking is deducted from the price of your stay.

Gîte capacity
The maximum capacity of the large gîte is 10 people and that of the Nest is 2 people.

Tourist tax
The tourist tax of €0.66 is applicable at the current rate for this type of accommodation to all adults staying in the gîte. The tourist tax is a local tax that the owner must pay to the Treasury. Payment of the tax is required at the beginning of the stay at the latest.

No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Wood-burning stove
We provide the wood for the stove free of charge for one flambé; you are responsible for buying the wood you need. For safety reasons, please do not leave the stove on when you are away.

Dog & cat
Cats and dogs are welcome, but for reasons of hygiene, they must not be allowed on the beds, chairs, sofas and armchairs. Please pick up any faeces left in the gîte grounds. Pets must not be left free or locked up in the gîte in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.

Nuisance
We ask you to respect your neighbours and avoid any disturbance at night.

Internet
The connection is ADSL. The network is sometimes saturated. We apologise for this.

Eco-responsible
The estate is equipped with a sewage system using a sand filter. You are asked to use only the cleaning products found under the sink, and to use toilet paper sparingly.
