Location duration

This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined when you make your reservation. Under no circumstances will a customer be able to claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of this period.

Payment

Payment for your stay is made upon arrival (excluding Booking & Airbnb). The deposit paid when booking is deducted from the price of the stay. 

Capacity of the lodge

The maximum capacity of the large gîte is 10 people and the Nest is 2 people.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of €0.66 is applicable at the current rate for this type of accommodation to any adult staying in the gîte. The tourist tax is a local tax that the owner must pay to the Public Treasury. Payment of the tax is required at the start of your stay at the latest.

Non-smoker

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Wood stove

We provide free wood for the stove for a fire, it's up to you to purchase the necessary wood. For safety's sake, do not leave the stove on when you are away.

Dog & cat

Cats and dogs are welcome, but for hygiene reasons, they must not go on beds, chairs, sofas and armchairs. We invite you to pick up droppings left in the gîte grounds. The animal must not be left free or even locked in the shelter in the absence of its owners who are civilly responsible for it.

Nuisance 

You are asked to respect the neighborhood and avoid any noise at night.

Internet

The connection is ADSL. The network is sometimes saturated. We apologize.

Environmentally friendly

The estate is equipped with a sanitation system operating with a sand filter, you are asked to only use the cleaning products found under the sink, and to moderate your consumption of toilet paper.
